Deepa Chandrasekhar

Her career path is rooted in the belief that people can do better than they are doing now. Her challenge has been to ignite the human spirit - even under seemingly hopeless conditions - by throwing open the immense possibilities of change. She has endeavoured to live and work by my faith in the human spirit and the values of relating, working through love and respect, perseverance, challenging and being challenged.

Armed with an M.A (S.W.) from T.I.S.S., she has worked within the Criminal Justice System; street urchins; consumer education; and NGO partnership organizations in India , U.K. and Kenya over the last 15 years.

Working with individuals and groups in the work life system is what excites and fascinates me.
