Kaushik Gopal

Kaushik Gopal  had his initial training in the areas of psychology (Masters in Clinical Psychology, Mumbai University), psychoanalysis and the behavioural sciences.His focus has evolved from in depth work with individuals to groups and facilitation.He is a professional member of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Sciences and the Indian Psychoanalytical Society.Has received training in assessment and development centres from Academy of HRD. Training received in the area of OD through ISABS special labs series.He works with individuals, groups and organizations.Currently working a lot in the areas of  facilitating change processes, executive/leadership coaching and counseling, mentoring, team building and self awareness in the work context along with personality profiling/assessment,  assessment and development centres and out bound learning.

One of the founding members of Bion Institute (Bangalore) for the understanding of group process and conducting group relations conferences based on the Tavistock/Leicester conferences. Recently anchored the section on people behaviour in organizations for the annual of case studies brought out by Business World.  Has authored many papers which got published in Business World, other publications and/or were presented in various conferences
