Raji Sharma

Even though an Engineer and Manager of Engineering Projects by profession, Raji has been a keen observer of human and organizational processes. He has enjoyed working in and managing multicultural teams engaged in construction of mega projects in high technology areas of Nuclear Power, Petroleum, Offshore Oil and Gas.

With rich technical and Project Management competencies acquired over more than 30 years of experience in construction of such projects, he has had the thrill of starting and completing many mammoth projects in these fields ahead of schedules.This involved participation of many domestic and international clients,contracting and consulting companies, most of them being leaders in their respective fields. Besides many interface issues, he was personally responsible for successfully handling many complex relationship issues cropping up during execution of the projects.

In spite of being a hardcore engineer, he has been a strong proponent of behavioral training and has been instrumental in introducing human processes in his organizations which facilitated development of effective teams with ability to handle ambiguity and chaos to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
