Vikram Bhatt

Vikram Bhatt flows naturally in building relationships and facilitating learning in groups.

He brings experience in designing and managing information systems, career development counselling, and capability base lining and resource management. Before joining as a partner with Resonate consulting, he has worked extensively as an internal change agent managing various organization development projects in software services organization.

Vikram is passionate and curious in working with new ideas and applying them to create value for organizations. Currently, he is partnering Sushma and Deepa in developing ideas around People value networks, Knowledge management and applications of complexity theory.

He is certified in Spiral dynamics integral change technology and is an experienced facilitator of T-groups. He often uses music as an intervention methodology and likes to experiment with uses of sound in process work.
