Discovering yourself can be a lifelong adventure. Exploring the ever unfolding new you is a fascinating experience. My dream has been to look for new possibilities, new spaces, and new methodologies to understand people and organizational dynamics and dive deep into relationship spaces. Having worked as an independent management consultant for over two decades, my hunger for new horizons made me push my boundaries. That gave birth to Resonate Consulting comprising of people that I resonate with. The urge to create something based on long years of experience, made me have my labor pangs. Probably the idea was conceived long back, it took many years to give birth.
Why such a need - to translate our dreams into reality, to provoke our passion and love.
We are a group of people who flow intuitively and passionately. Connecting, co-creating are our deeply held concepts almost like the very core of our being. Understanding that separation and connections are interpenetrating processes. We believe in moving on and weaving newer fabrics.
We, at Resonate, want to create organizational concepts based on simple profound truths. spontaneity, authenticity, carefronting and intimacy are the values we try to live by. Allowing full expressions of our being as a person or organization is what makes us at Resonate Consulting come alive.
Our vision is to partner with people and organizations that want to work passionately and discover their own growing edges. Business results would happen if people were ready to explore their own barriers and potentials. Building and developing radical leadership ideas excite us as organizations are all about leadership.
Quest for mutuality is our journey. In mutuality we resonate with one another and with our partners, our business associates, our participants as well as our environment, unleashing the energy and joy of working. Mutuality describes the process and resonance of emotional experience as stated by Ruthellen Josselson in her book “On the space between us”.
Incorrigible optimism and trust in self-organizing systems forms the basis of our approach to human processes and organization development.
